Something appears to be wrong. I have my system set up to use
stretch-updates, I can see 'apt update' retrieving the package list for
it, but 'apt search certbot' still returns 0.10.2 as the newest stable
version. 0.28.0 and 0.31.0 appear as "testing" and "unstable". I hereby
kindly ask for a double-check.
