You can find a similar failure here in the official buildds: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=pyparted&arch=ia64&ver=3.11.2-5&stamp=1550014323&raw=0 but the fact that I can reproduce it on amd64 means the problem is not really architecture-specific. Thanks.
