Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

BTS incorrectly handles my email address, which contains uppercase
letters.

To reproduce problem, let's first visit some of my packages, like

  https://bugs.debian.org/dvtm

At top of page there is 'Maintainers for dvtm are' and link to

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?maint=KAction%40debian.org

But if you follow this link, BTS says that no reports found. To get list
of my bugreports, you have to manually downcase my email address.

As far as I remember RFC, user part of email is to be considered opaque
and no transformation on it should be done.
