Could you please try the following: edit /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak/lisp/emacspeak-vm.el Change line 52 from: (require 'vm () 'no-error) to: (require 'vm "vm" 'no-error) And run: apt install -f Please attach the log file mentioned in the output again if you do.
