This source package's rules file does not build all the binary packages listed in d/control unless special environment variable values are present. As a result, bin:skyped and bin:bitlbee-plugin-skype are not in the archive. This caused my source-only NMU of this package to be rejected, because dak wanted to put it in binNEW because of skyped and bitlbee-plugin-skype, but source-only uploads to binNEW are not allowed. I think this is a bug of RC-severity because it is a highly irregular use of the Debian source package format which is confusing to people trying to do NMUs. Perhaps the maintainer will disagree; a downgrade of the severity of this bug would make sense if it turns out I'm not aware of some workflow that not building all the binary packages by default enables. -- Sean Whitton
