Thanks for the bug report. I think it would be best to keep 6.0.3p1 for Buster given that it has been well tested. I am also reluctant to make the jump to 6.4.x right before freeze given the dependency on libressl and the changes to config file syntax. That said, I am willing to upload 6.4.x to experimental if there is interest. Thank you, Linda, for the patches.
