Control: tags -1 - fixed-upstream Hi,
I've tried to apply https://github.com/PacificBiosciences/pbbam/commit/119c13e.patch which claims to fix this issue. It does not apply cleanly to our upstream source but in principle the content of that patch is in our source code anyway. Unfortunately it does not fix this issue so I remove the fixed-upstream tag hereby. Kind regards Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de
