Yes, but that's *because* of this bug. The package is in disco-proposed but we don't let packages in to Ubuntu that have unsatisfiable dependencies: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tbsync See https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#tbsync (large page so takes a few moments to load).
