Instead of log_action_msg "Already running: rcpbind" it most probably should read log_action_msg "Already running: rpcbind" This swapping of letters seems to be there also in older versions, at least since 0.2.1-6 (This bug was first detected and reported in Ubuntu, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rpcbind/+bug/1813289 but was identified as being inherited from Debian.)
