Package: bfs Version: 1.3.2-1 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer,
I noticed that bfs is no longer building for hurd or kfreebsd, because of the new acl/libcap dependencies in 1.3 that I assume aren't present on those variants. Those dependencies are not required however -- if the headers aren't there, the relevant functionality will be stubbed out automatically. If it's possible, it would be ideal to require those dependencies only on Linux. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.20.3-arch1-1-ARCH (SMP w/40 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=C (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: unable to detect Versions of packages bfs depends on: ii libacl1 2.2.52-3+b1 ii libc6 2.28-5 ii libcap2 1:2.25-1.2 bfs recommends no packages. bfs suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
