I guess you read the bug?
libalps-heap1-dev has /usr/lib/libheap.a as does mysql.
Actually IMHO "libheap" a a name too generic to be claimed by either
libmysql or libalps-heap. So the long term namespace-clean solution
would be to rename _both_.
