Control: fixed -1 emacs/1:26.1+1-1 I think this bug may now be "fixed" by the switch of the emacs package to upstream 26.1, which should avoid including any of the conflicting paths.
While we may also consider simplifying the control dependencies now, I think this problem is likely resolved.
