Mmm ok, I think the process is completely unclear then... You have the requirements written and I think the request followed them. Could you explain me please how do you decide not creating the mailing list. What is the criteria? What area the objective reasons to decline the request? In that way, we can decide what to do... If we ask a mailing list on riseup or try to fill the requirements because we really need it, otherwise I wouldn't be spending time here... Thanks, -- TiN
