Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Maxmind updated their GeoIP Database: https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
We tried to generate from the now given IP CSVs (

https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLite2-Country-CSV.zip
) a new geoip .dat File, using:
     /usr/lib/geoip/geoip-generator -v -o custom_geoip.dat
     GeoLite2-Country-CSV_20190101/GeoLite2-Country-Blocks-IPv4.csv
   * What was the outcome of this action?
/usr/lib/geoip/geoip-generator: Reading CSV and building the trie

/usr/lib/geoip/geoip-generator:GeoLite2-Country-CSV_20190101/GeoLite2-Country-Blocks-IPv4.csv:1:
   Unrecognized country code: is_anonymous_proxy
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
That the generator creates a proper GeoIP .dat file, which we can
   use.

We can't provide up-to-date GeoIPs for some of our applications right
  now.
