Ah, indeed. This is not explained under VARIABLES, only above under
TERMS.

Yeah, I took DEB_HOST_* for DEB_BUILD_* and DEB_TARGET_* for
DEB_HOST_*. So I basically had the right idea, but got the terms
wrong.

Maybe a hint on the TERMS section inside the VARIABLES section would
have avoided this. (Especially when using man pages as a reference,
they're not read top-down. :-)

Anyway, thanks for the bug report and the hints!

Will be part of the next upload. I though intent to let 2.12.0~ds1-4
migrate to testing (should be the case in a few hours) and upload the
fix afterwards.
