Package: python-numpy

Severity: important

Dear maintainer, whhile reviewing the situation here, I noticed that
following #918399 you added
    Breaks: python-astropy (<< 2.0.9-1)
to the python-numpy package. However, that's the wrong version, as that
version *is* broken. In fact, there is not and there won't be a fixed
version of python-astropy, so a versionless Breaks is fine (but ISTR
lintian complains about it, to prevent that you can make up any higher
version or use <= which will be fine as long as no futher upload of
src:python-astropy happen before its removal from the archive).
Please note that the submitter of #918399 did use '<< 2.0.9-1+' in his
request.
