Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that vit could not be built reproducibly.
This is actually a regression from vit 1.2-4 — unfortunately whilst
the changelog mentions that the patches were merged upstream they
appeared to miss the --utc argument resulting in:
