Yes, this is presumably something like https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/knot/knot-resolver/issues/426 (which already contains a comment from you!). looks like upstream has some idea of the issue, but hasn't take steps to fix it yet. I'm afraid i don't have the time or knowledge to fix it myself in short order, but i'd love to see it resolved. Happy to apply/test patches if anyone wants to propose them. --dkg
