Hi!
bzr-doc installs two empty directories: /usr/share/doc/bzr/html and
/usr/share/doc/bzr/text. I guess there is no real need to ship those and
confuse people looking for the docs.
Furthermore I'd suggest to make /usr/share/doc/bzr-doc just a symlink
to bzr so people don't look into /usr/share/doc/bzr-doc just to find...
nothing. bzr-doc depends on bzr anyway, so it is allowed according to
the policy.
