However, when generating a web album, the HTML pages obtain declare a UTF-8 charset. This is problematic since, when the title of the Web album contains accented characters, they do not get rendered correctly. The web album generator should either convert from my locale to UTF-8 and keep the same declaration or correctly declare the used charset.
