Yes, this is bug #356319, #356687 and #356838 filed against liblo. I see that it is supposed to be fixed in liblo in version 0.23-2, but since there are no binaries handy for any of the architectures I have on hand and it seems to randomly FTBFS due to autotools breakage, I am just going to wait and see if this gets fixed on it's own for now.
