Wait, when I proposed you to move the start of sysv scripts to stage 2 I completely forgot about runit-sysv and runit-systemd! They also use stage 2, so we need to make sure that `sulogin' and `/lib/runit/async-timeout /lib/runit/run_sysv_scripts '/etc/rc2.d' ' are executed only when runit is init ( /run/runit.stopit exists )
