You have Java 11 and Java 8 installed but MediathekView forces Java 11 because 
the Debian version
won't work without it. If you take a look at your initial bug report you can 
see that MediathekView
prints Version: 11.0.1. Please note that only Java 11 will be supported at 
runtime in Buster because
of the long-term security support.

For me Oracle Java 8 and the official MediathekView.jar work on i386. It is 
very slow but the film
list gets imported eventually. I presume there is a bug in OpenJDK 11 / i386 
but I can't confirm it yet.
