The problem does not happen at boot. It happens randomly after you have 4-5 
days of uptime, especially with long, CPU-heavy processes already running (like 
ZPAQ compression).
I still do not know the exact cause, but it happens only with new processes, as 
soon as it starts. Existing processes are not affected.

I have not tested it, but I do not want to take the risk of checking a running 
system.
I reformatted the FS without that feature, and it does not seem to happen after 
a week. Maybe the problem is within the EXTFS driver?
