Hm. It seems it's still running since there's Archive-Update-* flagfiles in http://mirrors.gigenet.com/debian/ and http://mirrors.gigenet.com/debian/project/trace/ does not yet have a new tracefile. I started writing a new howto/guidelines in case that's helpful: https://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/debian-mirror It seems at the very least you want to set MIRRORNAME to mirrors.gigenet.com.
