Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal This package needs to be updated every time there is a new upstream release of perl. This no longer seems to happen upstream, so we are carrying a large number of patches which we have to create every time. The work is mechanical, but since the package appears to also have negligible use (22/0/2 inst/vote/recent in popcon) I don't think this is warranted.
