Package: sphinx-rtd-theme-common Version: 0.4.2+dfsg-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Current Lato font files (.woff2 ones) seem to be from same version as the fonts-lato package ones. Those are not latest version available, and they have a problem that breaks generated doc for some browsers: > Update, August 2014: The previous version of Lato included Extended Latin characters in the Latin subset. (from https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Lato ) This was reported to Blender as it affects its API doc (I use Debian sphinx packages to generate it): https://developer.blender.org/T57957 I can confirm that replacing lato font files by those from release 2.015 (from http://www.latofonts.com/) fixes the issue for us. This may be related to those two reports on fonts-lato: * Please upgrade to newest upstream release (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=872501) * woff and woff2 files required (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=858609) Best regards, Bastien -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (300, 'unstable'), (200, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.18.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages sphinx-rtd-theme-common depends on: ii fonts-font-awesome 5.0.10+really4.7.0~dfsg-1 ii fonts-lato 2.0-2 ii fonts-roboto-slab 1.100263+20170512-1 ii libjs-modernizr 2.6.2+ds1-3 sphinx-rtd-theme-common recommends no packages. sphinx-rtd-theme-common suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
