Thanks for the analysis. :) The reproducible build issues are manually tagged. Ansgar recently submitted a MR on salsa to tag more of them in [1] and we now have ~58 issues. I looked at the chat in #d-d and allegedly this might not be complete as some packages lack a diff (plus FTBFS bugs cannot be classified as usrmerge issue directly).
