Hi! it seems http://mirror.seedvps.com/debian/ is out of date by half a week https://mirror-master.debian.org/status/mirror-info/mirror.seedvps.com.html Please investigate. Also, we recommend against syncing directly from service aliases such as ftp.<CC>.debian.org, in particular not to those backed by more than one server. (Only http is guaranteed to be available at ftp.<CC>.d.o sites anyway.) Maybe change your config to sync from an individual mirror, maybe one that's closer too. https://mirror-master.debian.org/status/mirror-hierarchy.html might help.
