Thanks for your mail, investigated.
Our mirror ran out of client-connections due to a high number of users
trying to download files from the deleted Debian 6 "squeeze"-tree with a
high rate.
Hopefully solved by temporary limiting the number of concurrent
connections per IP to 5. SInce 2018-11-28 14:25 'till now no further
errors seem to have occurred.
