Hi! At http://mirrors.namecheap.com/debian/project/trace/ there is a tracefile called mirrors01 which probably should be called mirrors.namecheap.com. Please set MIRRORNAME in your ftpsync.conf accordingly. Also, we recommend mirrors avoid syncing from service aliases such as ftp.<CC>.debian.org, in particular not to those backed by more than one server (Only http is guaranteed to be available at ftp.<CC>.d.o sites).
