Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Hi,
we want to have libnss-systemd installed by default if systemd is the active PID 1, while still retaining the option to uninstall the package. For that, the systemd-sysv package gained a Recommends: libnss-systemd [1] Unfortunatly, Recommends are not considered during the initial bootstrap installation, so newly installed systems will not have libnss-systemd. We were in a similar situation for libpam-systemd. The approach we took back then was to bump the pio to standard. This seems to have worked out ok, so I'd like to ask that the same be done with libnss-systemd. Regards, MichaeWe were in a similar situation for libpam-systemd.
