Hi Adrian, hi Hilmar, as discussed, this is something that no LaTeX package can care for, and authors need to ensure proper loading order. If this has changed, then the orginal document should be fixed upstream or via Debian patches to turn the loading order around. > I need an RC bug somewhere for a FTBFS. Well, the FTBFS is a RC bug of the package that fails to FTBFS. If there is an API change in some library, and my package which depends on the -dev package suddenly doesn't build anymore, then my package needs to be fixed, not necessarily the -dev package.
