Please put this into ~/.gnupg/dirmngr.conf --8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8--- log-file /whatever verbose debug ipc,dns,network --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- and best try also with upstream or Sid and not the heavily patched Debian version.
