I have been unable to reproduce this problem. When I try it, I get the
expected result:

marvin% cabextract -q scripten.exe -F jscript.dll
marvin% md5sum jscript.dll

Perhaps your problem is in libmspack0 and not cabextract? On my test
system, I have 0.9.1-1 installed. Can you retest with an updated libmspack
package?
