In this case, I'm planning on splitting out libqmatrixclient into its own package, rather than bundling it with quaternion, as it is now being used by at least one other Matrix client (Spectral), which we may want to package as well. If you are comfortable doing that split yourself, you can go ahead and work on this if you want.
