I have to say I really, really wish remco hadn't accepted this patch. Changing the *machine readable* option of lspci makes Debian incompatible with every other distro. This one is definitely being reverted before we get to 2.2.1-1. Sorry, no discussion on this one. It actually makes it *IMPOSSIBLE* to machine-parse, unless you use -n as well. Look:
