Uhm...
1) The current version in experimental is 0.1.11 (0.1.12 is in prep right
now), not 0.1.10. Though I doubt it changes this particular thing, though
it's possible.
2) I don't experience this on my archives, and that particular bit of the
code has not (as I recall) changed a lot for a few releases. Is there any
message in the logs that might be related to the dsc file being unreadable,
perhaps, or something else?
3) Could you double-check the relevant .changes file and make sure it has
the DSC file and other source files correctly? (Even if it doesn't, this
should probably be caught, but might explain the situation).
Certain, in all cases, something should probably be adjusted to catch
errors or not produce them, but it looks like I'm going to need more
information to duplicate the situation so that I can fix it.
