Package: zenmap
Version: 7.70+dfsg1-4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

in the new version of zenmap you added a dependency [0] on policykit-1,
which has been a recommendation before.
Unfortunately there is no reason mentioned in the commit or changelog
why this new dependency is needed.
Zenmap is working very well for me without it, so I think it should be
downgraded to a recommendation.

Otherwise zenmap is no longer installable on SysV systems:

# apt install zenmap
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following additional packages will be installed:
  libpam-systemd libpolkit-agent-1-0 libpolkit-backend-1-0
libpolkit-gobject-1-0 policykit-1 systemd systemd-sysv
Suggested packages:
  systemd-container
Recommended packages:
  libnss-systemd python-pysqlite2
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  sysvinit-core
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libpam-systemd libpolkit-agent-1-0 libpolkit-backend-1-0
libpolkit-gobject-1-0 policykit-1 systemd systemd-sysv
  zenmap
0 upgraded, 8 newly installed, 1 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Kind regards,
   Reiner
