1.4.11 will be uploaded when 1.4.10-5 be accepted by ftp-master (there
is new binary package from this source package so it have to be manually
accepted).
So far is in queue http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html, You can use
http://svn.debian.org/ and pkg-lighttpd sources if You cannot wait.
