Bug#911924: Acknowledgement (aptly: Error decoding mirror: msgpack decode error)

Thank you for taking care of this issue.
Unfortunately this seems to be a dead end in aptly usage on Debian as
there is no migration method, and for the moment, not known, at least
by me, method of recreating the database.
The only solution that I can imagine is to use an old version of the
package, 1.3.0-6,  and pin it down until there is a actionable method.
