Apologies for the delay in getting back to you regarding this. The general response so far from the Security Team has been that they see these as stable issues, so let's go with fixing it via p-u. Please use the version suggested later in the thread, if the package is essentially a backport from unstable. In terms of stable-updates, it looks like the next point release will be in a couple of week's time, so it may not be useful at this point. Regards, Adam
