The new version include an Open ID Connect backend. This is a system based on oauth2 for standardizing how to talk to oauth2 services, and is used by several of the services I need to talk to.
Please consider packaging the new version of Social Auth. Perhaps it is best to package it as a new and separate package, to allow the current users to migrate at their own pace to the new namespace? -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen
