The test fails because sometimes 'Software::LicenseMoreUtils::LicenseWithSummary::summary_or_text' includes a copyright notice already. I filed a bug there to include it always. Therefore, the copyright notice is no longer needed here. The attached patch removes it. Thank you! Kind regards, Felix Lechner
