Package: smtpguard Version: 1.1.3-1 Severity: wishlist Hi,
smtpguard looks very interesting, but I could not find an english documentation which explain what options I have in /etc/smtpguard/smtpguard.conf and what impact they have on the way mails are handled. As I understand the default configuration, if an IP tries to send more than 200 emails within 900 seconds, all emails after the 200th are temporally rejected. It would also be interesting to have configuration examples for different type of use (ISP, stand alone server, using results of amavis to add points...) (I have read http://flexguard.sourceforge.net/) Thanks, tibob -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-1-k7 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages smtpguard depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libdb4.3 4.3.29-4.1 Berkeley v4.3 Database Libraries [ ii libglib2.0-0 2.8.6-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libsmtpguard1 1.1.3-1 Shared library of smtpguard ii libxml2 2.6.23.dfsg.2-2 GNOME XML library ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3-10 compression library - runtime smtpguard recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
