We do not ship the Qt 3D Extras module because it is considered unstable
by upstream. Quoting from [1]:
This module is under development and is subject to change.
Also quoting the changelog entry:
qt3d-opensource-src (5.10.1+dfsg-4) unstable; urgency=medium
* Do not ship CMake files for Qt53DQuickExtras and Qt53DExtras
(Closes: #895386, #895507).
