now I understand what you mean! And (unfortunately) you are right! I wasn't aware about the license of readline while I introduced this change, so thanks for this hint. But yes, using here readline support would introduce a needed license change for the created binaries because of usage of the GPL and no LGPL. I reverted this part back to use libedit so we are not falling into this legal trap. An upload will follow shortly. -- Regards Carsten Schoenert
