I'd certainly hope so, but right now we're blocked on some copyright questions, in particular with respect to some of the unicode.org files that Emacs includes. I've contacted them, and my understanding is that they're looking in to it, but we haven't heard back yet. Once that's resolved, the remaining work shouldn't take too long.
