Bug#910062: torbrowser-launcher will not open URL argument

Package: torbrowser-launcher
Version: 0.2.9-6~bpo9+1

Provided an URL argument it will not point tor browser to the URL 
requested. I.e.

$ torbrowser-launcher https://debian.org

will not open the said page.
