Package: Debian Installer

The Debian installer takes a long time to scan mirrors and then when on 'Scanning Security Updates' it says 'Cannot access security updates', this behavior is the same with all of the mirrors I have tested. If I try to contine from the error message the installer will hang on the blue screen with gray line at the bottom.
